UK metalcore band CASKETS evolved from the personal storytelling of their debut album Lost Souls to a more collaborative and dynamic sound on their sophomore record Reflections. Formed around vocalist Matt Flood, guitarists Benji Wilson and Craig Robinson, bassist Chris Mcintosh, and drummer James Lazenby, the band channeled their shared experiences—both on the road and through interpersonal challenges—into a richer, more expansive musical approach. Produced by Dan Weller, Reflections explores deeply personal themes, from self-worth to mental health, blending impactful melodies with ambient textures while maintaining their signature sound. The album highlights the band’s growth, both musically and as a unit, proving their ability to push boundaries while staying true to their core identity. For CASKETS, the goal remains clear: to keep evolving their sound without losing what makes them unique.
The Word Alive is an American metalcore band from Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 2008 by vocalist Tyler Smith, the group has released four studio albums and two EPs. Along with Smith, the current lineup consists of Tony Pizzuti on guitar and backing vocals, Matt Horn on drums, and Luke Holland on drums and backing vocals. They have toured extensively with bands such as Asking Alexandria, Enter Shikari, and Issues.
